Goldie took to Colour Grading when his first major project at Swinburne suffered from an under-prepared DoP (himself). Armed with Final Cut Pro 7's three way colour corrector at first, he was soon helping other students cleanup their films and moving to the earliest public betas of BlackMagics newly acquired property DaVinci Resolve.
Since 2016, Goldie has been the last hands on BENGAR projects before they enter the world. He has graded hundreds of BENGAR works including TV series and commercials, from Advancing Australia to Ferrari, for every major channel, and more recently post-supervising and coordinating.
If something needs doing but it doesn't belong to any one role, Goldie is our go-to. Everything from specialist camera rigging, data wrangling and logging, to on set grading, remote dailies operation and camera assisting. Whatever it is, it's all gold.
